• Validity Period: This voucher is valid for 6 weeks from the date of issue and must be redeemed before the expiry date.
• Non-Transferable: The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
• Booking Required: Advance booking is required to redeem the voucher. Please call +973 1 758 6808 or email rc.bahrz.spa@ritzcarlton.com to schedule your appointment.
• Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance, or the voucher may be forfeited.
• Presentation: Please present this email displaying the voucher details at the time of redemption.
• Limited Services: The voucher is valid only for the services specified and cannot be used for retail products or other treatments unless stated otherwise.
• Supplement Fees: If additional treatments are purchased by the member directly, the balance must be paid at the time of service by the member.
• Single Use: Each voucher can be redeemed only once and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, discounts, or promotions.
• Loss or Damage: The spa is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers.
• Age Restrictions: Certain treatments may have age restrictions. Please check at the time of booking.• Health Conditions: Guests with medical conditions are advised to consult their doctor before undergoing any treatments. Please inform the spa of any conditions when booking.
• Subject to Availability: All treatments are subject to availability.
• Non-Extendable: Expired vouchers cannot be extended or reactivated.
