Our After Sales team is at your service, bringing the very best of INFINITI Valet to you with exclusive Pick Up and Drop Off for a nominal fee*.
How does this work?
• Request your appointment online or call our Service Centre to book your appointment and schedule the vehicle collection.
• On the appointment day, your INFINITI will be collected and our Service team will assist you with all inquiries.
• Your INFINITI will be transferred to the Service Centre and our team will keep you updated on the progress, work required, price confirmation and payment options.
• Once servicing is completed, our team will contact you to provide you with details of the work and arrange the vehicle return.
Terms & Conditions:
• The service needs to be scheduled in advance to benefit from this exclusive program. Contact your nearest INFINITI Service Centre for more details.
• INFINITI Valet can be serviced through the truck (where and when available), a service team member or recovery vehicle from your home or your office.
• The INFINITI Valet Program is available to all INFINITI customers, regardless of vehicle age, and is not limited to any kind of warranty.
• The program can also be used in conjunction with INFINITI’s Courtesy Vehicle Program, where available.
